Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but there are a few things to know about returns:
- We can't accept returns or exchanges on underwear due to sanitary reasons. Once you place an order, we can't make any changes.
- Our shipping team checks every product and packs every order carefully to make sure it's in top condition when you receive it. So, please make sure all the details in your order are correct before submitting it.
- If you return an item that's used, washed, damaged, or late, we won't accept it. You'll need to pay for the postage to get it back to you. If you have any questions, email us at help@addictivethong.com or contact us through our website.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, let us know within 5 business days of getting it. Email us at help@addictivethong.com with a brief description and some pictures showing the problem.
Once we get your return package, we'll issue your refund within 3-5 business days. Keep in mind that the initial shipping cost isn't included in the refund. How long it takes for the refund to show up in your bank account depends on your bank. You can ask your bank for specific time frames.
